Harlan Dolgin, owner of Dolgin Consulting, is the pre-eminent Pandemic Planner in the St. Louis area. 

Dolgin was named Adjunct Assistant Professor of Community Health for St. Louis University School of Public Health in April 2009.

Dolgin was Co-Chair of PandemicPrep.Org from April 2006 to April 2009, and now serves as Executive Director of the organization.  He serves on the State of Missouri Sub-Committee on Pandemic Planning.  He has also participated as a panel member in a Webinar presented by Health and Human Services (HHS) and presented seminars at the Disaster Recovery Journal (DRJ) conferences.
